I would like to thank Tim Gaines of Stryper http://www.myspace.com/timgainesmusic for posting this itinerary on his website.
As I read it I was flooded with great memories.
After reading it, I wanted to do the same and post my time spent with them here for you to see.
This is where I joined in with Stryper and started playing keyboards for them.
If you look closely at each date you will see a different city, state/location for each show.
After 1 week of being on the road, it was impossible to know where you had been the day before. The mind cannot comprehend that kind of continual relocation.
Being a home body now, I can tell you where I was most any day last week, but when you wake up in a different town every day, you have to look at an Itinerary to see where you have been and even to know where you were going next.
I retired as keyboardist from Stryper in June of 1986 to stay home and nurture my relationship with Evie and raise my daughters ;)
3 things I have done right in this life...
#1) Accepted Jesus as my Savior
#2) Married Evie
#3) Left the greatest band I ever played with to raise Shar & Desi and love Evie.
What a wonderful adventure this life has been... and the ADVENTURE CONTINUES!
